National Times Bureau :- In a significant development, Punjab and Haryana High Court granted interim bail to Shiromani Akali Dal’s IT wing president Nachhatar Singh Gill on the petition filed by Adv Arshdeep Singh Kaler, Chief Spokesperson Shiromani Akali Dal and President Legal Cell.
The High Court further declared his arrest unjustified and illegal citing that case against him was registered after he was taken into the custody.
