National Times Bureau :- In a significant development, key shooter in Rana Balachauria murder case has been reportedly killed in a police encounter on Airport road in Mohali.
According to the police, the accused Karan Defaulter was taken into CI custody following which he escaped and attacked the police, prompting an encounter.
