New Delhi, September 25, 2025: Punjab’s Manmeet Kaur earned national and international recognition by winning the World Record of Excellence – England at the NIFAA Silver Jubilee National Convention held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from September 21-24. In addition, she received the State Champion of Change Award and the District Young Community Champion Award for her remarkable contributions in the field of psychology.
Representing Punjab, Kaur was selected among a highly competitive pool where only one male and one female youth were chosen from each state across India, making her recognition a rare and prestigious honor. She was also awarded a cash prize of ₹10,000. The awards were presented in the presence of European President Henry R. and NIFAA Chairman Pritpal Singh Pannu.
Kaur dedicated her achievement to her parents and expressed gratitude to her mentors, Dr. Roopn Dhillon (Head, Department of Psychology, GNDU) and Dr. Simardeep Gill (Head, Department of Psychology, BBK DAV College), as well as to all faculty members for their consistent support throughout her journey
