Chandigarh, August 31, 2025 – In light of the severe flooding across Punjab, the state government has announced that all government, aided, recognized, and private schools will remain closed until September 3, 2025.
The decision follows instructions from Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to ensure the safety of students and staff. Authorities have appealed to parents and guardians to adhere to official guidelines and take all necessary precautions during this period.
