Punjab Congress Launches Second Phase of MNREGA Campaign with Rallies in Ludhiana

National Times Bureau :- Punjab Congress has kicked off the second phase of its MNREGA outreach campaign in the state, beginning with a rally at Mullampur Dakha in Ludhiana. Following this, another rally is planned at Raikot near Mullampur. The rallies are scheduled at the grain markets, with the Mullampur Dakha event at 11 a.m. and the Raikot rally at 2 p.m.

Key leaders, including Punjab Congress in-charge Bhupesh Baghel, state party president Raja Warring, opposition leader Pratap Singh Bajwa, and Gurdaspur MP and former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, will address the gatherings alongside other senior party figures. The campaign aims to reinforce Congress’s commitment to securing the rights of MNREGA workers, with former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi also participating to strengthen the party’s message of solidarity and action.
