Police Step Up Action in 328 Sacred Saroops Case, One more Former SGPC Employee Arrested

National Times Bureau :- Police have intensified their investigation in the case involving the disappearance of 328 sacred Saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, leading to the arrest of a former employee of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC).

According to official sources, the accused, who previously served with the SGPC, was taken into custody as part of the ongoing probe aimed at uncovering the full chain of responsibility behind the missing sacred scriptures. The arrest marks a significant development in the case, which has drawn widespread attention and concern within the Sikh community.

Investigating agencies stated that the action is based on evidence gathered during the inquiry and further questioning of the accused is underway. Police officials have indicated that more arrests cannot be ruled out as the investigation progresses.

Authorities have emphasized that the case is being handled with utmost sensitivity, keeping in mind the religious sentiments attached to the matter. Further legal action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.
