Chandigarh, February 28, 2025 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini reaffirmed his confidence in the BJP’s continued rule at the Center and in the state, stating that the people’s trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies and guarantees will lead to another victory in the 2029 Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
CM Saini was speaking at an event in Ambala, where he outlined the government’s achievements and criticized the opposition.
CM Saini Slams Congress: ‘Just a Tweet Party’
Taking aim at the Congress, CM Saini remarked that the party has been reduced to a mere “tweet party”, lacking both leadership and direction. In contrast, he asserted that the state government is actively working for public welfare, making landmark decisions that are improving people’s lives.
Addressing the Delhi elections, Saini noted that just as the AAP government was ousted from power, Punjab would soon witness a similar rejection of AAP’s rule.
18 Promises Fulfilled in First 100 Days
Highlighting the government’s performance, Saini revealed that 18 major commitments from the election manifesto have already been fulfilled within the first 100 days of governance. Additionally, 10 more decisions are pending administrative approval and will soon benefit the public.
Among key initiatives, he mentioned:
Free dialysis services at all government hospitals, medical colleges, and PGI centers.
25,000 youth provided government jobs without bribes or recommendations.
Haryana: Leading in Farmers’ Welfare
CM Saini claimed that Haryana is the first state in India to purchase all crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP). The government has also ensured land ownership rights for:
Farmers cultivating land for extended periods, based on 2004 collector rates.
Individuals residing on panchayat land for over 20 years, granting them ownership at 2004 rates.
These measures, he said, have benefited thousands of farmers and rural residents.
Upcoming Budget to Include Lado Lakshmi Scheme
Saini also announced that the Lado Lakshmi Scheme, which will provide ₹2,100 to economically weaker women, is in progress. The March 7 budget session will include financial provisions for this initiative.
