Chandigarh, November 26, 2025: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini visited the state assembly on Constitution Day on Wednesday and extended heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. He said the day is a moment of pride for every Indian, as the Constitution grants equal opportunities, justice and dignity to all citizens.
Saini emphasised that the core essence of the Constitution lies in building a strong, empowered and united nation. He added that the Haryana government is continuously working for the welfare and development of every section of society with this commitment. Transparency, good governance, social justice and public participation, he said, form the soul of democratic governance, and the state’s policies are firmly rooted in these values.
The Chief Minister noted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Constitution remains fully protected. He said the motto ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ truly reflects the spirit of the Constitution. He added that the strong democratic framework under the Prime Minister has always prioritised safeguarding constitutional values, and that national interest and the dignity of the Constitution stand above everything else.
Saini urged citizens to stay aware of their constitutional rights and duties and to actively contribute to nation-building. He stressed that the future of India lies in the hands of the youth, who must understand the Constitution and commit themselves to fulfilling their responsibilities toward society and the country.
The event was attended by Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, Development and Panchayat Minister Krishan Lal Panwar, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, Revenue Minister Vipul Goyal, Minister of State for Food Supply Rajesh Nagar, and several MLAs, officials and staff members.
