Niagara Police Intensify Hunt for Suspect in Lincoln Homicide

Lincoln, Ontario, October 27, 2025: The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Homicide Unit has stepped up efforts to locate Manpreet Singh, wanted in connection with the murder of 27-year-old Amanpreet Saini. Saini’s body was discovered on October 21 at Charles Daley Park in Lincoln, Ontario.

Postmortem results confirmed Saini, a North York resident, as the victim. Singh, 27, from Brampton, has been identified as the suspect, and authorities are seeking a Canada-wide arrest warrant for second-degree murder. Investigators believe Singh fled the country soon after the killing. Police have described the incident as a targeted attack and reassured the public that there is no ongoing safety threat.

The NRPS has urged anyone with information regarding Singh’s whereabouts to contact the Homicide Unit at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009451, or provide anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers of Niagara at 1-800-222-8477. Cash rewards are being offered for information leading to an arrest.
