Minister Krishan Lal Panwar Resolves 8 of 14 Public Grievances in Hisar Committee Meeting

Chandigarh, September 15 – Haryana’s Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Krishan Lal Panwar chaired the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee in Hisar, where he heard complaints from residents and directed immediate solutions. Out of the 14 grievances presented, 8 were resolved on the spot, while the remaining 6 were deferred to the next meeting with instructions for necessary action from concerned officials.

One of the key complaints came from Gyan Chand Goyal, a resident of Urban Estate-2, regarding unauthorized colonies near Mirzapur Road. The minister directed the actual complainant to join the inquiry within two weeks. In another case, villagers from Kheri Chhopta alleged that government grants were being misused by the sarpanch’s representative. Panwar ordered the formation of a committee to probe the matter.

Apart from the listed grievances, additional issues were raised by committee members and locals. Responding to Ajmer Singh of Scholar Colony, the minister constituted a panel including MLA Randhir Panihar, Hisar SDM Jyoti Mittal, and committee members Krishan Lal Rinwa and Surender. They were tasked to prepare a detailed report on Scholar Colony matters for the next meeting.

The minister also reviewed waterlogging issues in Nalwa constituency villages. During his visit to Dahima, Tokas, and Patan, he interacted with residents and assured them of government support. He instructed officials to submit reports by September 25 on damages to crops, collapsed roofs, broken walls, and other structural losses. Panwar affirmed that the state government would compensate all affected families.
