Chandigarh, January 7 — The Haryana government has decided to organise a mandatory online training session for all departments, boards, corporations, and authorities regarding the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) web portal. The training will be conducted through video conferencing on January 8 at 11:00 am.
According to a letter issued by the Chief Secretary’s Office, the session is aimed at ensuring uniform understanding of the portal’s procedures and operational framework. It will also focus on addressing issues being faced by applicants and Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) while using the portal.
The state government has directed all departments, boards, corporations, and authorities to ensure that officers and staff handling work related to the portal mandatorily participate in the training session. In addition, each department, board, corporation, and authority will nominate two to three eligible Group-C contractual employees so that they can receive training and subsequently assist other eligible employees in the application process.
The video conferencing link and detailed instructions related to the training will be shared separately through the web portal.
Notably, the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) web portal was launched on December 25, 2025, to invite applications from eligible contractual employees. The last date for submitting applications on the portal is January 31.
