Chandigarh: Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Chairman Himmat Singh on Wednesday honored five employees in Panchkula with special commendation certificates and cash awards for their exceptional contribution to the successful conduct of the Common Eligibility Test (CET)-2025.
The honored employees include Special Police Officers Devendra Kumar and Pawan Kumar from Sonipat, ESIC employee Rishipal, Panchkula-based clerk Amit Kumari, and Satish Kumar, a clerk at Rohtak Roadways. They were recognized for their dedication, sincerity, and exemplary conduct during the examination.
Chairman Himmat Singh said he personally observed the work of these employees during his inspection rounds and selected them for the honor based on their outstanding performance.
He added that the Commission also issued commendation letters to the Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police of every district for their efficient management of the CET examination. He suggested that they further motivate their subordinates by awarding commendation letters to those who performed exceptionally during the process.
Singh further announced that the Commission will soon honor HSSC staff members who played a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the CET.
Highlighting the teamwork involved, Singh said that organizing an exam of such magnitude was only possible through collective effort, hard work, and integrity. He praised the employees’ devotion and efficiency at every stage of the process, calling their contribution an inspiration for all.
Senior officials of the Commission were also present during the ceremony.
It is noteworthy that the CET was successfully conducted on July 26 and 27, with admit cards issued to over 13.48 lakh candidates for the two-day test.
