Chandigarh, August 7 — The Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed the implementation of Punjab’s Land Pooling Policy. The decision came after multiple petitions challenged the legality of the policy, citing concerns over landowners’ rights and lack of transparency.
The court has sought a response from the state government. Until then, the policy will remain on hold.
