Chandigarh, November 20 — Haryana Health, Medical Education, Research and AYUSH Minister Aarti Singh Rao chaired the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee in Palwal, where she reviewed public complaints and ordered swift resolution of issues. Out of 14 complaints listed in the agenda, 10 were resolved on the spot.
She instructed officials to take every citizen’s grievance seriously and ensure effective and timely solutions.
During the meeting, Minister Aarti Singh Rao heard complaints from Bhanu Prakash of Lulwadi village, Prabhu Dayal of Khacheru, Usha Rani of Ballabhgarh, farmers of Siha and Allika villages, Dalchand of Khambi, Shivkumar of Dhatir, Charan Singh of Katesra, Rohtash of Badhram Jayanti in Bajpur Kalan, Trilok of Hathin, Aslam of Paharpur, Manju Vashisth of Palwal, and Vidya Sagar of Bahraula village.
While addressing Vidya Sagar’s complaint, she directed officials to remove a pig farm located in a residential area within 60 days.
In another case related to complainant Aslam, she ordered strict action against the accused teachers of the Education Department. She added that if officials from the Electricity Department are found guilty in the same matter, strict action will be taken against them as well.
Members of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee also presented issues from their respective areas. The minister directed concerned officials to take immediate and appropriate action to resolve the complaints.
