Chandigarh, July 27 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini declared that the Common Eligibility Test (CET) has been successfully conducted through collective teamwork, transforming the exam into a festive occasion across the state.
Speaking to reporters in Panchkula, CM Saini praised the efforts of all government officers and employees who worked in unison to make the CET a smooth and celebratory event. The Chief Minister had arrived at Panchkula’s Panchkamal to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio address, Mann Ki Baat.
He remarked that through Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Modi introduces the nation to inspiring individuals and cultural milestones, offering valuable lessons and motivation to citizens. “This program enriches the knowledge of the country and uplifts society,” said the Chief Minister.
On the CET, he emphasized that the state government made all necessary arrangements to ensure that candidates faced no difficulties and could write their exams in a pleasant environment. Administrative officials, police personnel, and employees of the Roadways Department all worked as one team, he added.
He also highlighted the voluntary participation of candidates’ family members and local residents who set up refreshment stalls (chhabils) in many areas, showing community spirit and support. “This time, Haryana turned the CET into a true celebration,” said CM Saini.
