Eligible regular officers and employees currently serving across various state government departments can submit their candidates for these roles, which carry an initial deputation period of three years under the Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016.
An official circular issued by the department specifies that the vacancies span eight distinct categories, including 13 Assistants, six Clerks, three Superintendents, three Personal Assistants, three Steno-Typists, two Junior Scale Stenographers, one Personal Secretary, and one Driver. Candidates must meet defined eligibility criteria, with most positions requiring a minimum of three years of experience in an equivalent role, while two years of experience is mandated for the Junior Scale Stenographer post. Experienced personnel meeting alternative service conditions, such as eight years of combined service as Assistant or Deputy Superintendent, are also eligible to apply for Superintendent positions.
State departments have been directed to forward applications of willing and eligible candidates, complete with bio-data and a summary of Annual Confidential Reports (ACR) for the past five years, within 30 days. The administration emphasized that only employees free from pending disciplinary actions, vigilance inquiries, or penalties should be recommended, and cleared for immediate relief upon selection. Advance copies of applications may be submitted directly, provided applicants secure a No Objection Certificate from their parent department prior to the final interview or selection process.
