Chandigarh, March 15 – Haryana’s Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Krishna Kumar Bedi, emphasized that mutual harmony and unity are the foundation of rural development. He urged public representatives and villagers to maintain coordination and a peaceful atmosphere to maximize the benefits of government schemes and accelerate village development.
Minister Bedi addressed rural gatherings in the villages of Harnampura and Rewar on Saturday. During the felicitation ceremony at Harnampura, he announced several development projects for the village. He inaugurated two newly constructed streets built at a cost of ₹32 lakh by the Panchayati Raj Department. Additionally, he laid the foundation stone for a Kashyap Chaupal, estimated to cost ₹20 lakh, and a street construction project valued at ₹11.86 lakh.
In total, Minister Bedi approved development projects worth approximately ₹63.86 lakh during his visit. He also announced an additional ₹50 lakh grant for the village panchayat to support further development.

Minister Bedi highlighted the state government’s ongoing commitment to comprehensive development across Haryana. He assured that efforts would continue to improve the lives of the most vulnerable citizens. He also confirmed that the Narwana region would benefit equally from these development projects, ensuring that no effort would be spared in promoting public welfare and regional growth.
Minister Bedi expressed gratitude to the people of the region for their trust during the elections and promised to fulfill their expectations through dedicated service and effective governance.
