Panchkula, November 1: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state is continuously working toward preserving and promoting its rich culture and heritage. He emphasized that Haryana’s development model remains deeply rooted in cultural values, citing initiatives such as the International Gita Mahotsav, Sant-Mahapurush Samman and Promotion Scheme, and the Chief Minister Tirth Darshan Yojana.
CM Saini was addressing the Sanatan Sanskriti Jagran Mahotsav organized by Vishva Jagriti Mission at Shalimar Ground, Sector 5, Panchkula, where he attended as the chief guest. Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan and Gita Manishi Swami Gyananand Maharaj were also present. Before addressing the gathering, CM Saini received blessings from Param Pujya Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj and extended Haryana Day greetings to the devotees.
During the event, CM Saini unveiled the model of the upcoming fifth Gurukul of the Vishva Jagriti Mission to be constructed in Patiala. He praised Maharaj Sudhanshu Ji for his spiritual guidance and humanitarian service, noting that his teachings have inspired millions around the world to live with compassion and harmony.
CM Saini said, “The construction of the Shri Ram Lalla Temple in Ayodhya, the redevelopment of Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, the reconstruction of Kedarnath Dham, the development of Ujjain’s Mahakal Lok, the expansion of Somnath Temple, and the creation of the Kartarpur Sahib Corridor are all testaments to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unwavering commitment to restoring India’s spiritual pride and cultural legacy.”
Highlighting the importance of values-based education, the Chief Minister said, “Children with strong values are the true carriers of our culture. Our youth are the torchbearers of India’s civilizational identity and moral strength.” He commended Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj and the Vishva Jagriti Mission for their initiative to establish 10 Gurukuls and 108 Bal Sanskar Kendras, calling it a major step toward cultural and moral rejuvenation.
CM Saini described the Sanatan Sanskriti Jagran Abhiyan as more than just an event—it is the foundation of a “Sanskars Revolution.” He urged people to transform their homes into centers of values and contribute to turning this campaign into a people’s movement.
He added, “India has always been the land of saints and sages who have upheld peace, harmony, and humanity through their teachings. The timeless wisdom of our spiritual masters continues to guide the world even today. Param Pujya Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj is carrying forward this great legacy by showing mankind the path of peace and righteous living.”
The event was also attended by Haryana Shivalik Development Board Vice Chairman Om Prakash Devenagar, BJP State Vice President Banto Kataria, and a large number of devotees.
