Chandigarh (National Times): Punjabi star Gippy Grewal has taken to public forums to express his frustration over problems with two Mahindra Scorpio-N SUVs he purchased last December. In a strongly worded letter sent to Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group, Grewal highlights ongoing technical faults with the vehicles and criticizes the service at Raj Vehicles dealership in Mohali.
According to Grewal, both SUVs developed multiple issues right from their first use. Problems include flickering LED lights, glitches in the infotainment systems, intermittent digital dashboard failures, and a structural gap in the boot compartment, possibly pointing to manufacturing defects.

Beyond the mechanical troubles, Grewal reports encountering unprofessional behavior from dealership staff. His letter accuses the personnel of dismissiveness and arrogance, with key staff members, including Rajesh Sharma and CEO Rajeev Sharma, allegedly refusing to provide requested service documentation.

Grewal’s appeal to Anand Mahindra calls for urgent action:
- A thorough technical inspection by qualified Mahindra technicians
- An official inquiry into dealership staff conduct
- Transparency and access to service visit records
