Famous Punjabi Singer Jagseer Singh Arrested in 36 Kg Opium Case

National Times Bureau :- Punjabi singer Jagseer Singh has been arrested in connection with a major drug case. The singer was wanted in a 36-kilogram opium recovery case and had been absconding for years. His arrest marks a significant breakthrough for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Chandigarh, in its ongoing crackdown against drug trafficking.

Jagseer Singh was nabbed by the Chandigarh unit of the NCB, which had been tracking him for his alleged role in drug dealing. He had been declared a wanted accused in a narcotics case dating back to 2015. According to officials, the singer was involved in the purchase and sale of illegal drugs, and had been evading arrest for a long time.

The 36 kg opium case is considered a major narcotics bust, and Jagseer Singh’s arrest is expected to uncover further links in the drug supply network. Authorities are now investigating his connections and other people possibly involved in the racket.

The arrest has once again raised concerns over the involvement of individuals from the entertainment industry in drug-related activities.
