National Times Bureau :- Delhi Police, acting on a tip-off, arrested three African nationals who had been residing illegally in India for an extended period. During verification, authorities discovered that the individuals did not possess valid travel or visa documents and had overstayed in the country.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Elamuno Gabriel, Chinedu Paulinus, and Sanusi Sani. Investigations revealed that they were employed in housekeeping and were residing in Shahpur (Delhi), Gurugram, and Noida, often moving between locations. At the time of their arrest, they were living near Sector 01, Palam Village, Delhi.
Following due legal procedure, the Delhi Police have initiated deportation proceedings in coordination with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, New Delhi. Officials emphasized that strict action will continue against foreign nationals staying illegally in the country, reflecting the police’s commitment to border and internal security.
This operation highlights Delhi Police’s proactive approach toward curbing illegal residency and enforcing the law, ensuring that foreign nationals comply with Indian immigration regulations.
