Daily Yoga Sessions in Navan Gaon Transforming Lives, Say Locals

SAS Nagar, March 4, 2025 – Under the Punjab government’s “CM Di Yogshala” initiative, daily yoga sessions in Navan Gaon are receiving a tremendous response, with locals experiencing noticeable health benefits. SDM Gurmandar Singh stated that yoga trainer Divya conducts six sessions daily at different locations, ensuring widespread participation.

The sessions take place throughout the day, beginning at 5 AM in Adarsh Nagar and concluding at 7:15 PM in Shiv Nagar, providing flexibility for participants to join as per their schedules. Each class accommodates at least 25 individuals, with professional trainers guiding them. The initiative aims to help people overcome chronic illnesses, and several participants have already reported relief from cervical pain, slipped discs, and mobility issues.
