CM Nayab Singh Saini Gifts Faridabad Development Projects Worth ₹564.27 Crore

Chandigarh, August 14 – On the occasion of Partition Horrors Remembrance Day, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth ₹564.27 crore in Faridabad district. He inaugurated seven projects costing ₹61.20 crore and laid the foundation for twenty-two projects worth ₹433.15 crore. Union Minister Manohar Lal, Union Minister of State Krishan Pal Gurjar, BJP State President Mohan Lal Kaushik, and Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel were present during the ceremony.

The projects included new school buildings at Government Senior Secondary School in Badoli, Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Tigao, Government Boys Senior Secondary School in NIT-1, Government Primary School in Sector-23, Ballabgarh, and Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Sector-22, Ballabgarh. The Chief Minister also inaugurated a pontoon bridge on the Yamuna River at Mahawatpur (Bhaskola), built at a cost of ₹3.16 crore, to strengthen rural connectivity. A 66 KV sub-station at Kheri Gujaran costing ₹42.28 crore was also inaugurated.

He laid the foundation stone of new school buildings in Sagarpur (Ballabgarh), Kheri Kalan, and Sector 7–8, Ballabgarh, to improve educational infrastructure. To strengthen administrative facilities, he laid the foundation of the SDO Civil Complex at Badkhal with an outlay of ₹31.67 crore.

In the health sector, the Chief Minister laid the foundation of a Mother and Child Hospital and Service Block at B.K. Hospital, Faridabad, worth ₹161.11 crore, along with a Critical Care Hospital Block at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College, Chhainsa, with an investment of ₹21.33 crore.

Under sports and infrastructure development, he initiated the construction of a stadium at village Bukharpur with a budget of ₹7.22 crore. A Railway Over Bridge on the Ballabgarh–Pali–Dhauj–Sohna road, estimated at ₹69.16 crore, and a drinking water project from Attali to Sector-25, Faridabad, costing ₹77 crore, were also announced.

Additionally, seventeen road projects related to construction, improvement, and special repairs across Pirthla, Tigao, Mohna, Attali, Ballabgarh, Badshahpur, Dalelpur, Sarooppur, and other areas were approved with an investment of ₹55 crore.
