CBSE Class 10 Result 2026 expected soon: Check date, DigiLocker alert, how to download marksheets

Reports suggest the results may be declared by tomorrow or later this week, especially as the second phase of board exams is set to begin from May 15.

Although the CBSE has not officially confirmed the exact date, signs indicate that the result announcement is close. DigiLocker has already advised students to prepare in advance. In a post on X, the platform asked students to activate their accounts before the result day to avoid last-minute delays.

Students who do not have an APAAR ID have been asked to create one, while those who already have it linked with the CBSE will receive their digital marksheets directly in DigiLocker under the “Issued Documents” section.

Once the results are declared, students can check their scores on official websites like cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in by using their login details. Around 25 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams this year, which were held between February 17 and March 11.

Apart from websites, DigiLocker is expected to be one of the quickest ways to access results, as it allows students to download their marksheets instantly after release.

Students can also check their results through SMS. To do this, they need to type:

CBSE10

and send it to 7738299899. The result will be sent directly to their phone.

Additionally, results can be accessed through the UMANG app. Students need to log in, search for CBSE under the education section, select Class 10 results and enter their details to view their scores.

To avoid any hassle, students are advised to set up their DigiLocker accounts in advance by visiting the CBSE services portal, entering the required details, verifying their mobile number through OTP and activating the account.
