Calgary Vedic Academy to Host Free 4th Annual Day Celebration on December 20

Calgary (Rajeev Sharma): The Calgary Vedic Academy (CVA) will host its 4th Annual Day Celebration on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the Southview Community Centre, offering a full day of cultural and spiritual festivities with complimentary admission for all. The event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and invites families from across the community to enjoy an uplifting program featuring drama, dance, sloka recitation, soulful kirtan, and traditional cuisine.

While speaking with National Times, Krishna Vidhya Das mentioned that this year’s celebration includes the academy’s first graduation ceremony, recognizing the accomplishments of its students, along with a special moment of appreciation for the teachers and volunteers who play a vital role in supporting the school’s mission. The atmosphere is expected to be vibrant and joyful, filled with music, colour, and cultural expression, and a special surprise has been planned for all children attending the program.
