Zirakpur Dhakoli, December 21, 2025. To address the shortage of blood in hospitals, a blood donation camp was jointly organized by NSG Group, Vishvas Foundation, and the Indian Red Cross Society, Mohali District Branch, in Sanauli near Manku Service Station on Old Ambala Road. This blood donation camp was organized in memory of the late Navdeep Singh Goyat, Sumit Rawat, Manjit Saharan, Rahul Rajput, and Sohan Singh Goyat. The camp started at 10 AM and continued until 3 PM.

Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas, President of Vishfas Foundation, said that the cooperation of Jassi Hari (Hari Transport), Mandeep Singh, Dharminder Kumar Bittu, Sahil Verma Nagla, Gurmukh Singh Guri, Pinder Jatt, Sukhwinder Singh Sonu, Dwij Mankoo, Shakti Singh Mundra, Avtar Sandhu, Dilbag Singh Sarpanch Sanauli, Krishan Dhakoli, Santokh Singh Khatgar, Raman Dhiman Dhakoli, Monu Goyat, Gurpreet Singh Goyat, and all the members of the NSG Group was highly commendable in making the camp a success. Satya Bhushan Khurana, Manohar Lal Chugh, Usha Rani Chugh, Praduman Bareja, Bharat Bhushan Sood, and Promila Sood from Vishvas Foundation were present on the occasion. A team appointed by Dr. Ravneet Kaur from the Blood Bank GMCH Sector 32 Chandigarh collected 53 units of blood.
Gurdhyan Singh from NSG Group said that blood donation is considered to improve heart health and reduce the risk of heart diseases and strokes. High levels of iron in the blood can increase the risk of heart attacks; regular blood donation helps control excess iron, which is good for heart health.
Jassi Hari (Hari Transport) from NSG Group said that sometimes the amount of blood in a patient’s body becomes so low that they need blood from another person. In such emergency situations, people should come forward to donate blood to ensure its availability. This will help those in need. All the blood donors who participated in this blood donation camp were encouraged with certificates of appreciation and gifts.
