Honors Given to Principals and Students from 14 Schools: Paramjit Rammi
Dera Bassi, February 13 – Bharat Vikas Parishad, Dera Bassi, organized a program under Guruvandan Chhatra Abhinandan at Longowal College, Dera Bassi. SDM Amit Gupta attended as the chief guest, while Jagjit Singh and Longowal College Chairman Kapil Katyal were special guests.
Paramjit Singh Saini, press secretary of the parishad and a social worker, emphasized the sacred nature of the guru-disciple relationship. He stated that this bond has been respected for ages and holds a unique place in society. A true guru always guides the student on the right path and never leads them astray.
Recognition for Schools and Upcoming Blood Donation Camp
The event honored principals and students from various schools, including N.N. Mohan DAV Senior Secondary School, Global Wisdom International School, Guru Harkrishan Public School, Lala Deep Chand Jain Public School, AAR Jain Model Senior Secondary School, Shri Sukhmani International School, Government Senior Secondary School, Colonel VR Mohan DAV Public School, New Cambridge International School, Lord Mahavir Jain Public School, Bharti Public School, Sarvitahkari Senior Secondary Vidya Mandir, R.K. Public School, SS Jain Senior Secondary School, and Longowal College.
Saini announced that Bharat Vikas Parishad, Dera Bassi, will organize a blood donation camp on March 4 at Longowal College. He urged everyone to participate actively in this noble cause.

The event saw participation from Parishad President Surinder Arora, Project Chairman Barkha Ram, Regional Secretary Somnath Sharma, Principal Pritam Das Sharma, Upesh Bansal, Ranjana Sharma, Mamta Bagga, Vinod Raina, Dr. Ashok, and a large number of students.
