New Delhi, December 15, 2024 : In a demonstration of international solidarity, India has sent approximately 60 tons of humanitarian aid to Jamaica, comprising emergency medical equipment, generators, and essential utilities. The aid aims to bolster Jamaica's healthcare infrastructure and enhance disaster preparedness, particularly against hurricanes. Randhir Jaiswal, spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs, confirmed the development. `India sends humanitarian assistance to Jamaica.
