Haryana| According to the annual report from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Haryana performed the worst among Indian states in terms of chargesheeting rates for crimes against children, with only 41.6% of cases having chargesheets filed in 2022. The report indicates an 8% increase in cases registered under the Indian Penal Code and Special and Local Laws for crimes against children compared to the previous year.
