Chandigarh, October 17, 2025— The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday arrested Ropar Range DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar for allegedly accepting a bribe of ₹8 lakh from a scrap dealer in Mandi Gobindgarh.
