Art of Living and Haryana’s Animal Husbandry Department Sign MoU for Special Training Programme

Chandigarh, November 24 — The Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department’s Trainer Training Institute (TTI), Hisar, has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Art of Living’s Vyakti Vikas Kendra India, Bengaluru, to launch specialised training programmes for departmental officers and staff.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the department’s Commissioner-cum-Secretary Vijay Singh Dahiya, IAS. The agreement aims to enhance the personal and professional capabilities of senior officers, including veterinarians and departmental officials.

The document was formally signed by TTI Hisar Principal Dr. Sukhdev Rathi and Vyakti Vikas Kendra India, Chandigarh Chairman B. Pragya Chaitanya. Dr. Ravinder Saini, a veterinarian from TTI Hisar, signed as a special witness. Officials said this collaboration will pave the way for joint initiatives in multiple areas and help improve future outcomes. Dr. Ramkaran was also present during the ceremony.

According to officials, the MoU establishes a collaborative framework to organise specialised training programmes focusing on personal excellence, ethical leadership, integrity, behavioural skills, team building, motivation, Sudarshan Kriya, communication etiquette and stress management. The training modules will follow the guidelines of the Haryana State Training Policy 2020 and the National Training Policy 2012.

The programme will also include workshops on meditation and breathwork for government employees, along with sessions on ethical decision-making, accountability, transparency and effective public service delivery. The initiative is expected to strengthen the overall efficiency and performance of the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department.
