Amritsar Grenade Attack: CP Gurpreet Bhullar Alleges Pakistan's involvement

Amritsar (National Times): In a shocking act of violence, two bike-borne miscreants carried out a grenade attack on a temple in Amritsar. The incident was captured on CCTV, which reveals the attackers arriving at the temple with a flag on their bike. After pausing for a few moments, one of them threw a grenade at the temple, causing a powerful explosion. The two assailants quickly fled the scene.

In the meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police Gurpreet Bhullar said that there is an involvement of Pakistan in this attack and that those involved in it won’t be spared at any cost.

The attack occurred on the night of March 14-15 at approximately 12:35 am at the Thakurdwara temple in the Khandwala area. The explosion caused panic among residents in the vicinity. Fortunately, the temple priest, who was asleep inside the temple at the time, narrowly escaped unharmed. Police are investigating the attack and working to track down the responsible individuals.
