National Times Bureau :- Shiromani Akali Dal president Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh has convened a special state general delegates session on September 25 at Sri Anandpur Sahib. The meeting will begin at 10:30 am with ardas, after which detailed discussions will be held on the party’s upcoming programs and strategies to strengthen its organizational structure.
According to a statement issued by the party office, the session aims to reinforce democratic values within the party. State delegates will participate in decision-making regarding appointments to the working committee and other organizational posts.
Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh emphasized that every tier of the party, from circle to district-level units, will be revitalized through transparent and democratic elections. He said that the coming days will mark a decisive phase in making the Akali Dal stronger, more accountable, and more representative of the people’s voice.
