Ajnala Councillor Nand Lal Bao Quits AAP, Joins BJP

National Times Bureau :- Ajnala city witnessed a political setback for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) when sitting councillor Nand Lal Bao resigned from the party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He formally entered the party under the leadership of former MLA and BJP district rural president, Amarpal Singh Boni Ajnala, who welcomed him with full respect.

Explaining his decision, Bao said that he never received due recognition or support in AAP and that no development work was carried out in his ward. “That is why I decided to join the BJP today,” he stated.

Meanwhile, Boni Ajnala said the BJP is gaining strength across the region, and the induction of Nand Lal Bao will further strengthen the party. He added that BJP has always been a party that values and respects its workers.
