National Times Bureau :- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has issued a clarification after a recent statement made by former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia triggered political reactions.
The party said that Sisodia’s remarks were being “misinterpreted and taken out of context” by opponents to create unnecessary controversy. AAP leaders stressed that the former minister’s words were aimed at highlighting governance issues, not at targeting any individual or institution.
Party spokespersons added that AAP remains committed to its core agenda of education, healthcare, and clean politics, and accused rival parties of twisting Sisodia’s comments for political gain.
The clarification comes at a time when AAP is already under pressure due to ongoing investigations against some of its leaders, making the party particularly cautious about public messaging.
