Accompanying the photograph, they wrote that they feel blessed once again with the greatest gift of all, expressing deep love and gratitude.
The aesthetic of the announcement mirrored the reveal used during the couple’s first pregnancy. Kiara and Sidharth, who tied the knot in February 2023 in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, welcomed Saraayah last year. Industry colleagues and friends quickly flooded the post with congratulations, including filmmaker Karan Johar, actor Bhumi Pednekar, and designer Manish Malhotra.
Advani had resumed filming shortly after embracing motherhood, appearing alongside Yash in Toxic earlier this year. During recent public interactions and podcast appearances, she opened up about the transformative nature of parenthood, noting that it reshaped her perspective and made her significantly more protective. Co-star Huma Qureshi also recently commended Advani’s dedication on set, recalling how she filmed demanding rain sequences while six months pregnant during the production of Toxic.
The actors initially bonded on the sets of their 2021 biographical war drama Shershaah, where Malhotra portrayed Captain Vikram Batra opposite Advani’s Dimple Cheema. While the two kept their courtship private for years, their 2023 wedding pictures set major engagement milestones on Indian social media. The upcoming addition marks another joyful milestone for the growing family.
