Three New Rural Health Centres Approved to Boost Medical Infrastructure in Haryana, Says Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao

Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): The Haryana government has granted administrative approval to establish three new health centres across different districts to strengthen medical infrastructure and enhance healthcare delivery in rural areas. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini cleared the expansion plan, which targets specific rural pockets within the Gurugram, Bhiwani, and Hisar districts, ensuring direct access to modern medical facilities for local populations.

According to the approved plan, a new sub-health centre will be constructed in Ghamroj village of Gurugram district. Additionally, Bhiwani’s Dhanana village and Hisar’s Sisai Bola village will each receive a new Community Health Centre (CHC). The establishment of these localized units is expected to significantly reduce the operational burden on major urban hospitals by providing comprehensive primary care directly to dozens of neighboring villages.

Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao stated that under the current administration, the government is systematically expanding its medical network so that rural residents do not have to travel long distances for routine treatments or emergency care. The minister emphasized that these upcoming community and sub-health centres will guarantee the local availability of doctors, essential diagnostic services, and free medicines, advancing the state’s long-term wellness objectives.
