National Times Bureau :- Residents of Nangal and adjoining areas are advised to plan their electricity-dependent work in advance, as power supply will remain suspended for over six hours on Thursday, November 6, due to scheduled maintenance by the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL).
According to the official statement issued by PSPCL, the outage will take place from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM to carry out essential maintenance work on the 11KV Bhanupli Feeder.
Areas to Be Affected
The planned shutdown will impact several villages and localities falling under the Bhanupli Feeder, including:
Barari, Kanchera, Kathera, Maida Majra, Rampur Sahni, Johal, Bandlehri, Brahmpur Lower, Dabkhehda Lower, Kalitran, Bhanupli Bazar, Nangal, Jindwadi, Khanpur, Dasgran, and adjoining regions.
PSPCL Appeals for Cooperation
An official from the Operations Sub-Division, Nangal, informed that power supply will be restored immediately after the maintenance work is completed. The department has appealed to the residents to cooperate during the outage period and plan their activities accordingly.
