National Times Bureau :- Prabhjot Singh, 25, from Haripura village in Sirsa district, tragically lost his life while working in Australia. Prabhjot had moved to Australia nearly three years ago on a student visa to pursue his studies. To support his tuition and living expenses, he was also employed at a transport company.
According to reports, the incident occurred on Friday when Prabhjot was closing the gate of a reversing loader at the company site. In a sudden mishap, he got trapped between the loader and a trailer, succumbing to his injuries on the spot.
Friends of Prabhjot are coordinating with the Indian Embassy in Australia and have initiated fundraising efforts to bring his body back to India. His close friend, Gursimrat Singh Dhillon, remembered him as a hardworking and kind-hearted young man.
