Chandigarh, September 22 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, along with his wife Suman Saini, visited the Mata Mansa Devi Temple in Panchkula on the first day of Ashwin Navratri. The couple offered prayers and sought blessings from the Goddess, praying for the peace, prosperity, and well-being of the people of the state.
After offering prayers, the Chief Minister also participated in a hawan at the temple’s Yagyashala and performed ritual offerings.
On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board, Nisha Yadav, presented a portrait of Mata Mansa Devi to the Chief Minister as a mark of respect.
Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma, Shrine Board Secretary Sharda Prajapati, the Chief Minister’s Media Secretary Praveen Atrey, and other dignitaries were also present.
