CBSE Class 10 Results Declared, 93.60% Students Pass; Girls Outshine Boys Once Again

New Delhi (National Times): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Class 10 board exam results on Tuesday, with a pass percentage of 93.60%, marking a slight improvement of 0.06% over last year’s performance. Girls have once again outperformed boys, achieving a pass rate of 95%, surpassing their male counterparts by 2.37 percentage points.

Students can now check their results online at cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, or results.cbse.nic.in. To access the marksheets, they will need to enter their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth.

The provisional digital marksheets are available for immediate download, while original documents will be distributed by respective schools in the coming days.

This year, the CBSE conducted exams for over 44 lakh students, with 24.12 lakh appearing for Class 10 and 17.88 lakh for Class 12. Last year, the Class 10 results were also declared on May 13, with the same overall pass percentage of 93.60%.

The board has commended the efforts of students and teachers for maintaining academic performance levels, particularly amid the pressure of post-pandemic academic recovery.
